Ingredients

Kale, stems and ribs removed, cut into small pieces
1 bunch
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
1 dash
Garlic powder (omit for Low FODMAP)
1 dash

In a large bowl, toss kale, olive oil and seasonings.

Add kale (in batches if need be) and cook at 375 in air fryer for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
