Apple, cored and sliced into thin "chip-like" slices
Chopped nuts (any kind)
Arrange apple slices on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
In a separate small bowl, melt peanut butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds then drizzle over apple pieces.
Top with crunchy toppings of your preference such as dried fruit, cereal, or nuts (optional)
