Bowtie pasta
1 box
Small red onion, chopped
1 onion
Red bell pepper, chopped
1 pepper
Cucumber, quartered
1 cucumber
Low-fat feta cheese
1/2 cup
Cherry tomatoes
1 pint
Olive oil
3 tablespoon
Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon
Lemon, juiced
2 tablespoon
Fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon
Green onion, chopped

In a large bowl, add cooled pasta, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, feta and cherry tomatoes.

In a small mason jar with a lid, add oil, red wine vinegar, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic. Shake until well combined.

Pour dressing over pasta salad and mix to combine. Adjust seasonings as needed. Top with chopped green onion.
