Smoothie bowls make the perfect breakfast when you want something substantial, and pretty. We love this precipe because the topping choices are endless and the prep and clean up is minimal.

Ingredients

  • Banana, halved
    1 banana
  • Rolled oats
    1/4 cup
  • Frozen mixed berried
    1/2 cup
  • Coconut beverage
    1/2 cup
  • Orange juice
    1/4 cup
  • Chia seeds
    1 tablespoon
  • Walnuts
    1 tablespoon
  • Fresh blueberries, for topping
    3 tablespoon
Directions

    Place all of the ingredients in a blender except half of the banana and reserved toppings. Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth and creamy. If still chunky, add a splash of water and blend again.

    Pour into a wide bowl and top with fresh berries, the other banana half (sliced), chia seeds, and walnuts. Eat immediately.
