Ingredients

Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon
Blueberries
1 1/2 cup
Raspberries, halved
1 1/2 cup
Shredded coconut
3 tablespoon
Chia seeds
1 tablespoon

In a mixing bowl, stir together yogurt, vanilla extract and honey. Spread into a thin layer on a parchment lined 18" x 13" baking sheet, then evenly top with the berries, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.

Freeze for at least an hour (or until frozen solid), then break into small pieces. The bark needs to be kept frozen or it will turn back into normal yogurt!
