Broccoli heads, steamed and diced
2 heads
Russet potato, peeled, diced and cooked
1 potato
Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup
Egg
1 Egg
Salt
1 teaspoon
Pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Oregano
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Onion powder
1 teaspoon

Steam broccoli until soft, let it cool and finely chop into small pieces or pulse broccoli in a food processor until diced.

Peel and dice the potato, cook until soft and let cool.

If you are baking, preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and lightly coat with non-stick spray. If you are air frying, get your air fryer ready!

Combine cooked broccoli and potato, cheese, egg, and spices into a large bowl. Mix until combined, then using a cookie scoop or spoon, start forming your tots.

If baking, add to your sheet pan about an inch or so apart – bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven to flip. If air frying, air fry for about 8 minutes, then flip.

Bake or air fry for another 10 minutes, remove from oven or air fryer, and let cool slightly.
