Whole wheat pizza crust (premade)
1 (10 oz) crust
Butter, unsalted

Hot sauce

Shredded chicken
12 ounce
Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Blue cheese crumbles

Preheat the oven to 400º. Place the premade pizza crust on a large baking sheet.

Stir the melted butter and hot sauce together in a bowl, then add the chicken and toss to coat.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pizza crust. Top it with the buffalo chicken mixture, then bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and top with scallions and blue cheese crumbles. Slice the pizza into 6 portions and serve.
