Ingredients
4 servings
Chickpeas
1 can
Avocado
1 avocado
Cilantro, fresh
1/4 cup
Green onion
2 tablespoon
Lime juice
3 tablespoons

Drain and rinse chickpeas and place in bowl. Mash chickpeas with potato masher or fork – should be a paste consistency.

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out with a spoon. Add the avocado to the bowl and mash it in with the chickpeas. .

Chop up the cilantro and green onion, add them to the bowl with the lime juice,

Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Spread onto your desired salad or bread!
