    1 1/2 cups
  • All purpose flour
    1 cup
  • Almond flour
    1 cup
  • Cinnamon
    1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder
    1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg
    2 eggs
  • Brown sugar
    1/2 cup
  • Coconut sugar
    1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable or coconut oil
    1/2 cup
  • Milk or unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 cup
  • Oats (for crumble)
    1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar (for crumble)
    2 tablespoon
  • Flour (for crumble)
    2 tablespoon
  • Melted butter or oil (for crumble)
    1 tablespoon

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    In a large bowl, combine flour, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

    In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, coconut sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.

    Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, adding in milk as mixture gets dry. Once all the milk is added, mix until combined.

    Fold in diced apples and add batter to greased loaf pan.

    In a separate small bowl, combine oats, butter or oil, flour, and brown sugar. Mix until crumbly and top batter with the crumble.

    Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

    Remove foil and continue to bake for about 20 more minutes or until toothpick or knife comes clean.
