  • Large hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
    6 eggs
  • Light mayonnaise
    3 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard
    2 tsp
  • Salt and pepper
    1 pinch
  • Paprika
    1 pinch
  • Chopped fresh dill
    1 pinch for garnish

    Hard boil eggs using stove top, instant pot, or air fryer.

    Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and transfer to bowl.

    Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to yolks and mash with fork.

    Transfer yolk mixture to plastic bag, snip corner of bag and pipe into egg whites.

    Top with paprika and dill.
