Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can
Garlic, peeled and smashed
2 clove
Tahini
3 tablespoon
Lemon juice
2 tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon
Ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon
Water
1/4 cup
Salt
1 pinch
Pepper

Directions

Add chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper to the food processor, and blend until smooth.

Add the water and continue blending until the hummus reaches desired consistency, adding additional water if needed.

Garnish with optional toppings and serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
