  • Extra firm tofu
    1 (14 oz) block
  • Olive oil
    3 teaspoon
  • Corn starch
    2 teaspoon
  • Cumin
    1 teaspoon
  • Paprika
    1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper
    1/4 teaspoon

    Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes, then cut into 1/2 - 1” cubes.

    In a medium size bowl, add the pressed cubed tofu. Add olive oil, toss to coat. Then add cornstarch and toss to coat. Add all other seasonings, tossing again to combine.

    Transfer tofu to air fryer basket and set to 400°F. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket after 8-10 minutes, then continuing to cook until desired crispness.
