Flour
2 teaspoon
Rolled oats
1 1/2 tablespoon
Sliced almonds or shredded coconut
1/2 tablespoon
Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon
Salt
1 pinch
Brown sugar
1 tablespoon
Sliced apples peaches or mixed berries
1 cup
Butter or coconut oil

Preheat the oven to 375º F. Lightly grease an individual ramekin or very small baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, oats, almonds, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add a pinch of salt, then the butter (or coconut oil), and begin rubbing it into the dry ingredients
with your fingers. After a minute or so it should become somewhat clumpy.

Toss the fruit with an additional pinch of flour, then place in the ramekin and top it with the crumble topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is browned and the fruit is bubbling. Cool slightly before eating!
