  • Old Fashioned Oats (GF for Low FODMAP)
    1/2 cup
  • Chia or Flax Seeds
    1 tablespoon
  • Milk of choice
    1/2 cup
  • Pure maple syrup
    1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon
Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl. Seal with a lid and either shake or stir to combine.

    Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours and up to 4 days.
