  • 90% lean ground beef
    1 pound
  • Raw zucchini, shredded
    4 ounces
  • Raw carrots, shredded
    4 ounces
  • Cooked broccoli, finely chopped
    4 ounces
  • Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup
  • Breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup
  • Salt and pepper
    to taste

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Combine everything in one bowl and mix. Roll into meatballs and place on a baking sheet, at least an inch apart.
