90% lean ground beef
1 pound
Raw zucchini, shredded
4 ounces
Raw carrots, shredded
4 ounces
Cooked broccoli, finely chopped
4 ounces
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup
Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup
Salt and pepper
to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine everything in one bowl and mix. Roll into meatballs and place on a baking sheet, at least an inch apart.

Bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.
