Nutritional yeast
2 tablespoon
Lemon, juiced
1 lemon
Garlic
2 cloves
Tahini paste
2 teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon
Capers
1 teaspoon
Brine from capers jar
2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Taste and season as preferred, adding salt if necessary. Toss with chopped romaine or
use as a dip for veggies.
