  • Black beans, rinsed & drained
    1 15.5oz can
  • White onion, diced
    1/2 cup
  • Oat flour
    1/2 cup
  • Spinach
    1 cup
  • Tomato paste
    1 tablespoon
  • Cajun spice
    1.5 tablespoon
  • Small jalapeño, chopped
    1 jalapeno
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
Directions

    Mash the black beans with a fork.

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir until well combined.
