  • Olive oil
    2 teaspoons
  • Red onion, slided
    1 onion
  • Garlic cloves, minced
    4 clove
  • Gourmet blend mushrooms, rinsed
    1 pint
  • Whole wheat pasta, cooked
    2 cup
  • Chopped kale
    2.5 cup
  • Salt & Pepper
    1 pinch

    In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 5-7 min. Then, add garlic and cook until onions start to become translucent.

    Add in mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes until mushrooms begin to brown.

    Mix in kale and noodles. Let cook until kale wilts. Add salt & pepper to taste.

    Split into two bowls and serve with desired protein.
