Nut Butter Snack Bites are the perfect thing when you're in the mood for snackin'! You can swap in your preferred nut butter but we found that the combination of natural peanut butter and creamy cashew butter left us with the dreamiest texture and almost cookie-dough like flavor.   • Old-fashioned rolled oats
    1 1/4 cup
  • Natural peanut butter
    1/2 cup
  • Cashew butter (omit & swap for peanut or sunflower butter for Low FODMAP)
    1/2 cup
  • Honey (omit & swap for maple syrup for Low FODMAP)
    1/2 cup
  • Vanilla protein powder
    2 scoop
  • Peanut butter chips
    2 tablespoon
  • Chocolate chips
    1 tablespoon
Directions

    Place oats, peanut butter, cashew butter, honey, protein powder and chocolate and peanut butter chips in a large bowl. Stir to combine.

    Once combined, use your hands or a small cookie scoop to scoop and form dough into small balls.

    Store in a covered container in the fridge and enjoy!
