Natural peanut butter
3/4 cup
Honey
1/4 cup
Maple syrup
1 tablespoon
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Almond flour
1/4 cup
Vanilla protein powder
2 scoop
Flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon
Dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup
Sea salt (for topping)
1 teaspoon

Combine peanut butter, honey, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl, mix well to combine. Fold in almond flour, ground flax and protein powder.

Mix well, using your hands if needed, until we’ll combined.

Using a snack bar mold or 8x4 in pan lined with parchment paper, add peanut butter mixture, pressing down with hands.

In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips and melt in microwave in 30 second increments. Once melted, pour or spoon chocolate over peanut butter mixture.

Sprinkle sea salt on top. Transfer to freezer for 30 minutes until set. Store in fridge.
