Directions
  • 1
In a large bowl, add ground pork, scallions, soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper.
  • 2
Form into 6 small patties – just a little bit bigger than your slider buns.
  • 3
Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and cook your pork patties until browned on both sides and cooked through and no longer pink in the center. (about 4-6 minutes on each side)

Once finished cooking, set patties aside and add your pineapple slices to the same skillet to char on both sides – about a minute on each side and remove from pan.
  • 5
Add red cabbage to a large bowl and add pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt & ½ teaspoon pepper and mix until coated.

Toast your slider buns and assemble – pork patty on the bottom, pineapple ring then red cabbage to top it off!
