Oat flour
1 cup
Almond flour
1 cup
Coconut sugar
2 tablespoon
Baking powder
3/4 teaspoon
Baking soda
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon
Overripe banana, mashed
3 banana
Maple syrup
1/2 cup
Pumpkin puree
1/2 cup
Vanilla extract
1 tablespoon
Coconut oil

Dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Spray 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick spray.

In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.

Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, whisking to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour into greased pan and top with a few additional chocolate chips.

Bake for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, turn off heat and leave in oven without opening the oven for an additional 10 minutes.

If loaf has not browned on top, turn heat back on and continue cooking until top browns.

Remove from oven and let cool on cooling rack. Once cooled, cut into 8 slices.
