Olive oil

Red onion, chopped
1 onion
Garlic cloves, minced

Yellow bell pepper
1 pepper
Orange bell pepper
1 pepper
Jalapenos, sliced, seeds removed
2 jalapeno
Frozen cauliflower rice
16 ounce
Frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans)

Soy sauce

Heat oil over medium heat in a large wok (or nonstick pan). Add onion, cook until onions are fragrant.

Add garlic and peppers to wok or non-stick pan. While fresh veggies cook, steam bagged frozen cauliflower and frozen mixed vegetables in the microwave.

Add cooked cauliflower and mixed veggies to the wok. Stir to combine.

Mix in soy sauce, salt, pepper and hot sauce if preferred. Taste and adjust as needed.
