Ingredients

  • Large beets, roasted and peeled, then quartered
    2 beet
  • Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1 (15.5 ounce) can
  • Garlic, peeled
    4 clove
  • Tahini
    4 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice
    2 tablespoon
  • Oil
    2 tablespoon
  • Water
    2 tablespoon
  • Salt & Pepper
    0 to taste
Directions

    Add beets, garlic and chickpeas to food processor, pulse until combined.

    Add lemon juice, water and tahini and blend.

    Gradually add olive oil while blending. Scrape down sides, season with salt and pepper and blend again.

    Add more water to desired texture.
