Ingredients
1 serving
Chicken of the sea pink salmon
4 ounce
Panko bread crumbs (or omit & swap for GF bread crumbs for low FODMAP)
1 tablespoon
Avocado oil mayo
1 teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1-2 teaspoon
Celery stalk, finely chopped (or omit & swap for green onion tips for low FODMAP)

Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix to combine. Adjust seasonings as needed. Form into two patties.

Heat a pan over medium heat, spray with non-stick spray. Add salmon patties, cook until brown, flip and finish on other side. Serve with desired sides.
