Shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tail off
4 ounces
Olive oil

Peppers and onions, roasted
4 ounces
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

Avocado
1/4 avocado

Season shrimp with salt & pepper. Heat a skillet up to medium-high heat and add olive oil. Cook shrimp for a few minutes on each side until they’re browned and turn pink – cooked through.
