  • Shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tail off

  • Olive oil

  • Peppers and onions, roasted

  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

    Season shrimp with salt & pepper. Heat a skillet up to medium-high heat and add olive oil. Cook shrimp for a few minutes on each side until they’re browned and turn pink – cooked through.
