Lean ground turkey
1 lb
Panko bread crumbs
.5 cup
Egg
1 egg
Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Sriracha
1/4 cup
Reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Honey
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon
Grated ginger
1 tablespoon
Minced garlic
2 cloves
Rice vinegar
2 tablespoon
Sesame seeds
for garnish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.

Shape mixture into 1 ½ inch balls (recipe should make 20 balls) and place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray (or lined with silicone mat).

Bake meatballs for 25 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked through.

While meatballs bake, combine sriracha, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil while whisking continuously. Reduce heat and allow sauce to simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Once meatballs are done, transfer to large bowl and toss with sauce. Top with sesame seeds as garnish.

Serve with your choice of starch and veggie for a complete meal!
