Directions
1
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
2
Make your marinade – in a small bowl, add ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix until combined.
3
Add your chicken wings to a large bowl and add your marinade. Mix until all wings are coated in the marinade and place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to marinade.
4
Bake on a baking sheet for about 35 minutes, flipping once, until browned and cooked through. Note: to get crispier wings, use a cooking rack on top of your baking sheet!
5
As your wings are cooking, prepare your glaze. In a small skillet, add ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil. Reduce on medium-high heat until it becomes thick and take off the heat
6
Once wings are finished, place in a large bowl and pour over glaze to coat
7
Make your wasabi ranch – mix about 1 tablespoon of wasabi with 1/3 cup ranch dressing.
8
Serve each serving with scallions, sesame seeds and 1 tbsp of wasabi ranch!
