Ingredients

Strawberries, diced
2 cups
Vanilla Greek yogurt

Chia seeds
1 tablespoon
Oats, raw
1/2 cup
Coconut sugar
2 teaspoons
Coconut oil
2 teaspoons
Vanilla extract

Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon

Add 1 cup of diced strawberries to a small sauce pan with 1 Tablespoon of water. Heat to medium-high heat and let the strawberries cook down and mash with a fork. Turn off the heat and add chia seeds and mix, let sit for 5 minutes until mixture gets thick. Add the rest of the diced strawberries and mix. Set aside to cool.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, add oats, coconut sugar, walnuts, coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix until everything is coated with coconut oil and combined. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet in one even layer – bake for about 8-10 minutes until browned. Remove from oven and let sit until crisp is slightly cooled.
