  • Extra firm tofu
    1 (14 oz) block
  • Olive oil
    3 teaspoon
  • Sweet chili sauce
    1/4 cup
  • Broccoli, steamed or air fried
    2 cup
  • Avocado
    1 avocado
  • Bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 pepper
  • Romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
    2 cup
  • Brown rice, cooked
    1 1/2 cup
  • Green onions, chopped
    3 green onion
  • Lime, quartered
    1/4 lime
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Pepper
    1 pinch

    Wrap tofu in paper towels and press between two plates. Place under a weight (books, etc.) for 30 min to drain excess water.

    Once tofu is pressed, cut into cubes and transfer to a bowl. Toss tofu in 2 teaspoons olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Transfer to air fryer and cook for 20 minutes on 450° F or until desired crispness. Remove and transfer to bowl. Toss with sweet chili sauce.

    To build the bowls, start with a handful of chopped romaine lettuce. Add 1/2 cup brown rice, a handful of bell pepper, 1 cup of broccoli, 1/4 of an avocado and half of the tofu. Sprinkle with green onion and a squeeze of lime.
