Ingredients

Green beans
2 cup
Trader Joe's cruciferous crunch blend
3/4 cup
Chicken strips
8 ounce
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Sriracha
1/2 teaspoon
Honey
1 tablespoon
Lime, juiced
1/2 lime
Steamed edamame
1 1/2 cup
Sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon
Salt
1 pinch
Pepper
1 pinch
Directions

Sautée greens beans in a bit of olive oil in a wok or large frying pan. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice & sesame oil. Add to veggies.

Stir in chicken strips and cruciferous crunch mix.

Season with salt & pepper, to taste.

Remove from heat once chicken is cooked through. Mix in edamame. Top with sunflower seeds and serve.
