Ingredients

Tofu
7 ounce
Green beans
1 cup
Mini sweet peppers
4 pepper
Carrots, chopped (2-3 medium)
1/2 cup
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Sriracha
1/2 teaspoon
Honey (or omit & swap for maple syrup for Low FODMAP)
1/2 teaspoon
Romaine lettuce leaves
2 leave
Avocado
1/2 avocado
Sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Paprika
1/2 teaspoon
Chili flakes

Directions

For sauce: whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl - set aside.

In medium bowl, toss cubed tofu in salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a skillet, add tofu, cook until lightly browned on each side.

In another skillet (or wok), heat another splash of oil, add vegetables, saute until cooked through.

Add cooked tofu to vegetables and pour in sauce, stir to coat.

Assemble wraps with lettuce on bottom, add tofu + veg mixture, sliced avocado and top with sesame seeds.
