  • Tuna
    1 can
  • Mayonnaise
    2 teaspoons
  • Dijon Mustard
    1 tablespoon
  • Diced pickles or celery
    2 tablespoon
  • Campari tomatoes
    6 tomatoes
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
    2 ounces
  • Pepper
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil + oregano (for garnish)

    Preheat the broiler.

    Cut the tops of your tomatoes off and scoop out the insides – set aside.

    In a separate bowl, combine tuna, mayo, mustard, pickles or celery, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.

    Stuff your hollowed out tomatoes with tuna mixture.

    Sprinkle 2 oz. cheddar cheese on top and place in the broiler for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.

    Garnish with basil and oregano – enjoy!
