Gardein veggie crumbles

White onion, chopped
1 large onion
Garlic cloves, minced

Crushed tomatoes, canned
28 ounce
Tomato puree, canned
1 can (12 oz)
Tomato sauce
1 can (15 onces)
Vegetable broth
1 cup
Fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup
Oregano
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Fresh parsley, chopped

Olive oil

In a large pot over medium heat, heat 2 tsp olive oil.

Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant. Stir in fresh basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.

Add crumbles,stirring occasionally for 5-8 minutes.

Pour in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and broth. Stir well, bring to a soft boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer 1-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
