  • Watermelon, chopped
    1 cup
  • Roasted sunflower seeds
    2 tablespoon
  • Chickpeas
    1/2 cup
  • Red onion, sliced
    1/2 cup
  • Crumbled feta cheese
    2 ounce
  • Olive oil
    2 tablespoon
  • Balsamic vinegar
    1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice
    2 tablespoon
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Pepper

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Season the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper. Roast them in the oven for 25 minutes.
