Arugula

Watermelon, chopped

Roasted sunflower seeds

Chickpeas
1/2 cup
Red onion, sliced
1/2 cup
Crumbled feta cheese

Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
2 tablespoon

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Season the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper. Roast them in the oven for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss in the arugula and remaining salad ingredients except the feta cheese.
